The Cage

The Cage offers the opportunity for baseball and golf enthusiasts to practice their game all year long. The facility includes a 70’ cage for the high school age players, a 53’ cage for the little league players, three 13 x 15 hitting-off -tee or golf areas, and bats, balls, range balls, helmets, and training gloves. Hitting and pitching lessons are also available. The Cage now has a reservation calendar online that you can check to see dates and times that certain stations will be closed. Membership rates include swipe card for access.

It is the mission of the Sterling Park District to maintain and develop a creative, efficient, and responsive park, recreation, and natural resource system that provides quality leisure opportunities for the benefit of it’s present and future citizens; contributes to the mental and physical well being of individuals and families; enhances aesthetics of our neighborhoods; and protects the social and economic health of our community.  We are a non-profit, municipal park district which includes fitness centers, golf courses, indoor swimming pool, several parks, and many events.

United Off-Road Racing LLC

The Bike Barn is home of the nationally known “Moose Run,” final round of the OMA National Off-Road Racing Series, and July 4 Firecracker weekend. The Bike Barn holds weekend events for ATVs, 4 x 4 trucks, motocross, and demolition derbies for cars. Visit websites for specific times and dates.
